Simpson Hilder worked alongside a healthcare developer to deliver a new four storey surgery scheme in Tooting, which also incorporated a pharmacy and a residential development. The new four-storey building is an important new landmark on this developing high street location in South London.
The building includes over 20 consulting rooms to provide flexible general medical services and achieved a BREEAM ‘Very Good’ rating on completion. The new surgery provides state-of-the-art accommodation for two local GP practices formerly based at separate sites in the area.
