At Solstice Park we provided master planning and detailed proposals for the development of a 7-acre site. As one of the last remaining parcels of land, the site presented significant challenges due to its irregular shape, however, five separate planning approvals have now been successfully secured.
The Bluestone Centre consists of a 2.7-acre development where we worked closely with Nationwide Engineering to produce a scheme providing over 6,400sq/m of light industrial, storage and trade-counter floor space in three separate buildings. The development has proved to be extremely popular with occupiers and investors, with all units being sold before completion of building works.
On the same site we have also been involved with the development of a new 2,800sq/m production and office facility for Birchall Tea, and a further 800 q/m building for Express Motor Workshop, again working alongside Nationwide Engineering, and on the remaining 2-acre site, we have secured planning approval for a seven-storey self-storage building and a new 1,000sq/m crossfit gym for HR4K.
