We provided architectural consultancy services as part of a large multi-disciplinary design team in connection with the master-planning and subsequent securing of detailed planning approval for 420,000sq/ft of high-specification office accommodation on the M27 corridor.
The project involved the sensitive development of 25-acres of ancient woodland to establish more than 18-acres of net developable area, followed by the preparation and submission of detailed planning proposals for speculative office accommodation.
The project involved significant arboricultural, ecological, and landscaping issues, all of which were successfully integrated into the overall development proposals.
We remained involved with the primary infrastructure works including the initial tree clearance and construction of the main vehicular access and watercourse crossings, as well as the creation of a pedestrian greenway through the site
