We carry out project and fund monitoring on new building schemes ranging from small housing developments to large institutional commercial properties.
The project monitoring role encompasses inspections of stages of work throughout the building process to ensure that building standards are maintained in accordance with both regulations and agreements to lease and development agreements.
Where the role is extended into fund monitoring, we will agree monthly drawdown payments from a financier to cover construction costs, bond payments, professional fees, and any other development costs. We carry out monitoring work throughout the UK and the Republic of Ireland.
