Meridian Waterside is a landmark development on the River Itchen, Southampton. The scheme is three 10 storey buildings containing 255 residential apartments together with commercial/retail space at ground floor level. Podium decks which facilitate undercroft parking and amenity spaces connecting the three buildings.
SHA are the lead Consultant in producing detailed construction drawings and working directly with the Developer. We were awarded the Inland Homes “Southern Regional Consultant of the Year” Award in 2019 for our involvement.
