Simpson Hilder were instrumental in the redevelopment of this 6.5-acre redevelopment site at Junction 13 of the M3 in Eastleigh.
We undertook detailed negotiations with the Planning Authority regarding the master-planning of the overall site, and secured detailed planning permission to provide a new 4,600sq/m car showroom and workshop facility for Hendy Group to the front part of the site, with a further 5,100sq/m of speculative business units including trade counter consents and a high-bay, self-storage building to the northern part of the site.
The works included detailed contamination mitigation measures and extensive off-site highways improvement works.
