SHA secured planning permission for extensive alterations, adaptions and the refurbishment of a large property in the New Forest National Park, transforming it into a stunning country home.
In order to achieve a successful approval, careful consideration of the 30% floor area limitation policy was required that included a thorough review of the planning history and earlier building work undertaken. The resulting approval enabled our Client to significantly improve the layout and functionality of the building together with the external appearance.
We also provided technical working drawings for construction purposes.
