Haven Marine Park is 1,350 m2 of contemporary office and marine industry units, prominently positioned on Lymington waterside. The building features zinc roofs folded over the accommodation and glazed fronts to the river to maximise views.
SHA worked extensively with New Forest District Council and used computer modelling to achieve planning permission in this sensitive and challenging marine environment.
