We have been involved in the development of a number of business parks, including the M3 Trade Park in Eastleigh consisting of 12 light industrial units totalling 3,885sq/m and an 8,000sq/m five storey self-storage premises; Bluestone in Amesbury provides over 6,400sq/m of light industrial, storage and trade-counter business units in three separate buildings; Gordleton Industrial Park is 7,500sq/m of new industrial and storage floorspace in the New Forest; and Haven Marine Park comprises 11 marine based industrial units on a highly sensitive site overlooking Lymington River.
We have also been involved in master planning the refurbishment of the 35 acre Ampress Park development in Lymington and the 119 acre High Post Business Park site in Wiltshire.
