SHA achieved planning permission for an 8,000 ft2 replacement property overlooking the Lymington River. The works included outbuildings, garaging, landscaping and interiors and resulted in the construction of a stunning new six bedroom house.
Our involvement included the provision of technical working drawings, the submission of a Building Regulation application and liaising with the contractor throughout the build.
