This project involved the regeneration and redevelopment of an existing steelwork site to offices, providing studio barn style units and self-contained office space within a courtyard setting.


SHA successfully gained planning consent for a sympathetic development in this a rural setting using the benefit of a non-conforming previous use. Following this, we were novated by the design and build contractor to provide architectural services and deliver a high quality office development.
