SHA worked alongside Clark Estates in 2007 to achieve the complete remodelling and refurbishment of this prominent 4/5 storey office development in the centre of Poole.
The proposals completely transformed the 1980s building to provide over 35,000 sq ft of prestigious ‘as new’ floor space across eight separate wings, achieving rentals equivalent to the highest new build rates in the area.
We obtained detailed planning approval, including change of use consent for café use at ground floor level, before being novated to the main contractor under a design and build contract.
